Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the website at lastdance2026.com and any related services (together, the "Service") operated by Last Dance 2026 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making predictions, or purchasing a Premium Legacy Card you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Last Dance 2026 lets fans predict the outcomes of World Cup 2026 matches, claim a personal Legacy Card, and optionally unlock a Premium Legacy Card for a one-time fee. We are not affiliated with any football federation or tournament organiser.
3. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
- interfere with the security of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or denial-of-service activity);
- create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or stats.
5. Intellectual property
Last Dance 2026 retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, card designs, branding, and copy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms remain in effect.
6. Service level
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Match data, kick-off times and results may change.
7. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
The Premium Legacy Card is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or auto-renewals. See our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk, or repeated violations of acceptable use. You may close your account at any time by signing out and requesting deletion via support.
9. Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
